Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping advance AI systems toward more reliable behavior.

Paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives based on project needs and expertise. Flexible, remote work from anywhere with no minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
