Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness of responses, comparing AI-generated media to prompts, and providing precise explanations to help improve AI systems. Remote, flexible hours with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of the observed issues.
