Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Your work helps improve AI reasoning and performance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and able to provide clear, evidence-based analyses. Remote work is fully supported from multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignments.
• Rate each output across dimensions and write a specific English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
