Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looks off in writing, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in natural, conversational context.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or desynchronization.
Writing a concise English justification for judgments with concrete examples.
