Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off on each exchange.

Qualifications

• Ideal Qualifications: Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts more closely.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment, then describing findings in writing.
