Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain discrepancies in writing from the comfort of your home, on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and providing detailed explanations to help improve AI behavior. This is a remote, contract opportunity with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze conversations and outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory depending on project.
• Ability to think quickly and decide when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Providing a concise, evidence-based explanation in writing for each evaluation.
