Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll rate outputs, provide written explanations, and help improve AI systems by identifying distortions, misalignments, and other artifacts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational English.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed in English.
