Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You’ll roleplay conversations, score exchanges, and explain what’s off, helping improve AI systems in real-time.

Responsibilities include evaluating image/video pairs, identifying issues, and providing written explanations. Earn up to $18/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely and spot problems like distorted motion or audio mismatches.
• Write a detailed explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
