Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely. Contributors are paid weekly and may earn up to $18 per hour, with additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or misalignment and explain issues in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism and provide written explanations.
