Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looks off in writing.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos, and identifying issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment, all remotely and on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication and comfort with natural conversation.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable engaging in realistic, improvised conversations with AI models.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in or replaying—to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
