Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence how AI systems improve in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what you observed.
