Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own space. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write precise explanations of what looks or sounds off.

This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours. Rates vary by expertise and project needs, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
