Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Contributors help shape advanced AI by feeding feedback into evaluation loops. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with payments on a weekly cadence and access to leading language models.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable articulating reasoning clearly in realistic scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
