Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and rate outputs, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to explain complex observations clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a written explanation in English.
