Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

This is a 1099, remote contract with flexible hours. You’ll be paid hourly, up to $15 USD, with weekly payouts. Access to top LLMs is included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and useful each response is and explain why in writing.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations for decisions.
