Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs by how well they follow prompts, and explain discrepancies in writing, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations highlighting observed issues.
