Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and write clear explanations in English. This is a remote, freelance 1099 role with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations is a plus.
• Comfortable making decisions when there are ambiguities.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and assess naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or mismatches in audio and video.
• Provide written explanations describing observations clearly.
