Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule. Your expertise helps shape how AI systems reason and improve.

We offer flexible, remote work with weekly payments and access to top LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries may participate, with compensation up to $15/hr plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, strong written communication.
• Attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable thinking on feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality and realism, then writing a specific English explanation of what was observed.
