Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and write concise explanations in English about what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include scoring adherence and realism, ranking image/video pairs, and providing precise feedback. This is a freelance, 1099 role with pay per hour and project-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
• Documenting observations in clear, concise feedback.
