Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model, scoring exchanges, and explaining what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong written communication, and excellent attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree or above is a nice-to-have, and you’ll provide concise, evidence-based explanations

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable talking through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
