Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 per hour, paid weekly, plus free access to leading LLMs and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries including the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine better following of prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a precise explanation in English that highlights what was seen or heard.
