Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation workflow, you will score exchanges for naturalness, adherence, and realism, then provide concise English explanations. This freelance role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable explaining decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then rank how natural and clear each output sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering or mismatches between audio and video.
• Rate each output on adherence, quality, and realism and write a concise English explanation.
