Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos, inspect outputs in detail, and rate them across adherence, quality, and realism. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and the freedom to work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and useful each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
