Outlier, operated by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and rate outputs, then explain issues in writing for continuous model improvement.

You can set your own schedule as a freelancer, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Experience writing clear reviews is valued.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willing to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
