Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts more closely.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule. By evaluating outputs, you help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distortions or misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
