Job summary

PADO is seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to own the entire compute platform lifecycle. You will define the vision, build a roadmap, and drive features from concept to launch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Ideal candidates blend commercial acumen with deep knowledge of software and hardware interactions, and will collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and data science teams to deliver impactful products for data centers and AI infra customers.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of product management experience in technical data products.
• Strong data center infra and AI compute domain knowledge.
• Experience with workload schedulers (Slurm/Kubernetes).
• Ability to translate ambiguous research into adopted products via partnerships or open source.
• Fluent with AI agent architectures, observability, and experimentation techniques.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making for adoption and outcomes.
• Excellent communication to engineers and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term compute platform roadmap with executive buy-in.
• Drive compute optimization to improve GPU utilization and goodput.
• Turn emerging tech into customer-ready products via partnerships or open source.
• Collaborate with sales to build ROI/TCO arguments tied to GPU utilization and OpEx savings.
• Lead deployments across on-prem and cloud, interfacing with DCIM, BMS, and workload scheduling layers.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and data science teams to ensure usable features.
• Lead VOC and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality products quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
