Job summary

PADO AI Orchestration, Inc. is seeking a strategic and technical product manager to lead our compute platform.

You will own the full lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and defining vision to launching and iterating on features—blending commercial insight with deep understanding of how software and hardware systems interact. You will collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and data science to define a long-term roadmap, optimize GPU utilization, and turn emerging

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in product management for complex technical data products.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and AI compute.
• Experience with workload schedulers (Slurm, Kubernetes scheduling).
• Ability to turn ambiguous research into adopted products through partnerships or open source.
• Technical fluency in agent architectures and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term compute platform roadmap with executive buy-in.
• Identify market opportunities and own end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Turn emerging tech into products through partnerships, integrations, or open source.
• Lead ROI/TCO arguments tied to GPU utilization and OpEx savings.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and data science.
