You will create evaluation standards and review model outputs for commercial banking contexts. You will develop rubrics for cash flow analysis, loan structuring, covenant design, and risk ratings, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collaborating with AI

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and underwriting frameworks.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses on commercial lending, credit underwriting, and treasury management.
• Create rubrics for cash flow analysis, debt service calculations, loan structuring, covenant design, and risk rating.
• Review AI handling of credit analysis, business lending, and relationship management scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and banking professionals on training methods and benchmarks.
• Apply consistent judgment to ensure model outputs are accurate, complete, and appropriate for small and middle-market businesses.
