Job summary

24-MAG LLC is offering a specialised remote consulting opportunity for experienced Investment Banking Associates and Analysts with strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and transaction analysis. You will contribute to AI training and evaluation initiatives by analysing complex financial materials and developing realistic scenarios.

The role is fully remote, freelance/contract, with compensation of $120–$150 per hour.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in investment banking as an Associate or Analyst
Proven ability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
Experience preparing pitchbooks, financial statements, and market analyses
Familiar with deal processes, M&A, and capital markets considerations
Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Review and analyse complex investment banking materials, transaction documentation, and financial case studies
Evaluate financial and strategic considerations relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and capital markets transactions
Examine deal structures, transaction processes, valuation assumptions, and relevant commercial considerations
Develop realistic investment banking scenarios reflecting practical deal execution and financial advisory activities
Apply professional financial judgement to identify material transaction issues, analytical assumptions, and relevant industry practices
Translate sophisticated investment banking concepts into clear, structured materials for specialized research and evaluation
