Logoslabs seeks a Coding Specialist fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) to evaluate AI training data and challenge language models on algorithms, data structures, and software engineering tasks. You will work remotely on complex technical scenarios, documenting results and supporting improvements in model reasoning and evaluation metrics.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/SE degree (bachelor’s or higher) with real-world coding experience and strong Portuguese writing skills.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in Portuguese (Brazil).
• Experience in coding and software development across multiple domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical writing in Portuguese.

• Engage with language models to test and challenge code-related prompts.
• Verify coding accuracy, memory management, and API integration scenarios.
• Document failure modes and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
