Job summary

Go Abacus is seeking a Client Services Associate to join a full-time role that can be hybrid or remote. You will own relationships with 15+ client accounts and lead onboarding for the company’s AI tools.

You’ll collaborate across teams to define requirements, ensure production readiness, and guide customers through training and adoption while collecting feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public health, information systems or liberal arts.
• 3+ years of experience in client services, consulting, account management, or customer support.
• Demonstrated interest in B2B products, client services, compliance, or AI innovation.
• Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner.
• Strong emotional intelligence and coachable.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with 15+ client accounts.
• Collaborate with client to understand pain points, determine AI use cases, define requirements and identify data sources for integration.
• Lead the client onboarding process by delivering software trainings and facilitating regular checkpoints.
• Manage deployment timelines and production readiness activities.
• Lead customer training sessions for the company’s AI tools.
• Administer regular customer experience surveys, relaying technical feedback to product teams and working with clients to improve user adoption.
• Triage customer requests and escalate issues to technical support team.
