Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking AI Chatbot Testers for a fully remote, hourly-contract role. You will engage with cutting-edge AI systems, evaluate responses, and provide actionable feedback to shape safer and smarter tools.

No technical background required, and you can work 10–40 hours/week on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are naturally curious, strong writers, and able to communicate clearly in chat environments.

Qualifications

• Naturally curious and able to explore ideas across varied topics.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on clarity and quality.
• Able to evaluate AI responses objectively and articulate what works and what doesn’t.

Responsibilities

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across diverse topics.
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety.
• Identify factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or bias.
• Design and test prompts to probe AI behavior and edge cases.
• Submit detailed, structured feedback to inform AI improvements.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
