Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Services AI Change Management & Adoption Leader to drive hands-on activation and sustained adoption of AI-enabled solutions across Gas Power Services. You will own the Context Management process, ensuring fleet/unit/site data is structured and accessible to power AI solutions, while redesigning business processes to enable AI transformation.

You will lead activation workshops, develop train-the-trainer materials, and manage change risks, dashboards, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading change management, adoption/enablement, transformation, or readiness in a complex organization.
• 5+ years in Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve the standardized change management playbook for GenAI initiatives.
• Own end-to-end Context Management: capture, structure, validate, and maintain fleet/unit/site context.
• Provide data quality and enrichment for context data across fleets, units, and sites.
• Design and facilitate activation workshops translating capabilities into updated standard work and processes.
• Develop and deliver train-the-trainer materials to enable process owners and super users.
• Manage cross-initiative change risks and dependencies and drive mitigation actions.
• Align stakeholders and coordinate communications to support adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Support responsible AI adoption with governance, workflows, and guardrails.
