GE Aerospace seeks a senior leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI products for Defense Engines & Services. You will partner with planners, operators and engineers to transform delivery, build roadmaps, and move AI prototypes into production using real production data.

You will embed with Genba teams, define value cases with KPI targets, and drive rapid, measurable improvements across manufacturing and delivery processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience OR equivalent.
• Associates degree with minimum 13 years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma with minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.

Mansioni

• Own lifecycle for multiple data, analytics, and AI products in the DES delivery program.
• Build and maintain the data/analytics product roadmap and coordinate stakeholders.
• Stand up self-service data and analytics for manufacturing, quality, and delivery data.
• Operationalize and sustain value from advanced analytics and AI investments.
• Partner on data fabric and ontology adoption to model data once for reuse.
• Move AI prototypes into production and test feasibility with real data.
• Embed with operators and engineers on the Genba, stay on the problem.
• Define value cases and drive measurable delivery improvements.
