Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project evaluating multiple chatbot responses. You will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear specifications.

This remote freelance assignment runs for 16 weeks with a five-day work week and weekend availability as needed. You will present insights, track KPIs, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
