Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate multiple chatbot responses for a 16-week project. You will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and translate needs into clear specifications to guide evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, creating reports and dashboards, supporting testing and UAT, and tracking progress and KPIs. Remote, freelance, and fully remote work options are available to qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirement-gathering and process-mapping techniques; familiarity with Agile or Scrum is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and other documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and UAT.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
