Job summary

Turing, a fast-growing AI company, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project evaluating chatbot responses for quality and consistency.

You will gather business requirements, analyze chatbot outputs, map workflows, and present findings to stakeholders. This is a 16-week, fully remote assignment with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years BA experience, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI/Tableau skills, and familiarity with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

Role Overview

The role will require analyzing business requirements, comparing chatbot outputs, conducting structured evaluations, and providing final assessments based on defined criteria.

Offer Details:
