Job summary

Bestow is seeking an intern for the BizOps team to help drive the AI transformation across the company. You’ll build and maintain the internal knowledge base powering AI tools, structure decisions, and create executive-ready materials for leadership while learning how AI changes business operations.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, train colleagues on AI concepts, and track initiatives to ensure real adoption and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student focusing on private equity, investment banking, consulting, or strategy/operations.
• Genuine excitement about AI and desire to deepen its business impact.
• Comfortable building a financial model and turning analysis into a clear recommendation.
• Strong communicator with ability to craft clean decks and explain complex ideas.
• Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple workstreams without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI context layer by structuring the knowledge base for internal AI tools.
• Own knowledge management, capturing decisions, docs, and processes.
• Create executive-ready materials like pitch decks and financial models for leadership.
• Train teams on AI skills and build guides to raise company-wide AI fluency.
• Coordinate cross-department initiatives and track progress to prevent blockers.
• Measure adoption and impact of AI initiatives to demonstrate results.
