Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner law firm seeks a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will lead the adoption of AI and workflow automation across the firm, identifying inefficiencies and turning them into scalable solutions.

You will own projects end-to-end, from problem identification to deployment, using Claude Code, LLMs, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and custom integrations with Clio and Lawmatics.

Competenze

• Experience implementing workflow automation in law firms.
• Hands-on AI implementation and process optimization.
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar.
• Integration of LLMs via APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot code and connect APIs.
• Experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
• Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse.
• Strong API, integrations knowledge, and internal tool development.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with leadership.
• Overlap with U.S. business hours; Hubstaff time tracking.
