Mercor is seeking a Government/public administration Evaluator to join its remote team. The contract role focuses on assessing AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics and delivering actionable feedback.

You will work independently to review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, applying subject-matter expertise to ensure accuracy and rigor, while meeting deadlines and contributing to AI model improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government/public administration experience.
• Fluent in English (native or professional).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with emphasis on Slides.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
