Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Evaluator for nonprofit/philanthropy/community programs to assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics. This remote contract role requires strong judgment and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and support AI model performance.

Must have 5+ years in nonprofit/philanthropy, native or professional fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. An advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
