Stride, Inc. in Michigan is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

You will lead a small team of AI Engineers and collaborate with UX, front-end, and domain experts to build enterprise ML capabilities that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include prototyping and deploying NLP and recommender models, leveraging AWS/Azure, containers, and IaC for scalable systems, and guiding end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Design, prototype, and deploy ML models across product lines.
• Lead deployment using AWS/Azure, containers, and IaC.
• Oversee data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring for performance drift.
• Supervise 1–3 AI Engineers and collaborators on projects.
• Guide coding best practices and development.
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives and governance.
• Ensure AI deliverables are documented, reproducible, and traceable.
