Job summary

CBRE is seeking an AI Application Developer Specialist/Principal to work with senior stakeholders, translating business goals into technical AI-enabled solutions. The role involves rapid prototyping, building apps in Google AI Studio, and collaborating with major clients to ensure usable, scalable software.

Remote in the United States, with responsibilities spanning design, testing, and delivery while aligning with CBRE standards and enterprise UX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Coding experience in Python is strongly preferred.
• Experience in technical prototyping, Python and API integration is preferred.
• Multi-dimensional, conceptual thinking to develop new solutions; identify and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid sprint cycles for prototype development producing value-proving demos.
• Design and build applications within Google AI Studio using Python or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand user needs.
• Draft proposals and design software; educate clients on maintenance and updates.
