Job summary

Insight is seeking an AI GTM Specialist to drive Agentic Workplace initiatives, bridging management consulting and technical execution. You will define workflows using Gemini Enterprise and ADK, map business friction points, and build ROI-focused cases for C-suite stakeholders.

You will partner with lines of business to move organizations from AI-curious to AI-native, enabling adoption and governance across enterprise workflows with no-code tools and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or strategic sales, ideally with SaaS/AI transformation.
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and the ADK.
• Mastery of TCO/ROI modeling and ability to articulate technical benefits to C-level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Exceptional discovery skills to uncover the why behind business processes.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Discovery & Persona Design with HR, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
• ROI & Business Case Development with 3-year TCO comparisons.
• Mutual Evaluation Plan (MEP) Execution for customer workshops.
• Strategic Advisory & Enablement to executives and Citizen Developers.
