Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agentic Workplace Consultant to bridge management consulting and technical execution. You will drive AI-enabled workflows using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, defining ROI and governance frameworks for production-grade AI agents.

You will lead discovery with LOB stakeholders, map current processes to autonomous capabilities, and collaborate with technical teams on data readiness and security for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or strategic sales, ideally with SaaS or AI transformation.
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and the ADK.
• Mastery of TCO/ROI modeling and the ability to articulate technical benefits to C‑Level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and delivering structured evaluation processes like MEP.
• Exceptional discovery skills with the ability to uncover the why behind business processes.

Responsibilities

• Map existing workflows to autonomous Gemini Agent capabilities.
• Lead ROI/Business Case development with 3-year TCO comparisons.
• Establish and report ROI Value Metrics and KPIs.
• Act as trusted advisor to C‑Suite executives and enable No‑Code Academy for Citizen Developers.
• Define governance models including AI identity and access management (AIAM).
