Job summary

Insight is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within its Google Solution Line to bridge management consulting and technical execution. You will collaborate with LOB leaders to evolve from AI-Curious to AI-Native, defining ROI and architecting autonomous workflows using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

You will drive workflow discovery, ROI modeling, and MEP sessions, while partnering with technical teams to ensure data readiness and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or strategic sales.
• Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and the Agent Developer Kit (ADK).
• Mastery of TCO/ROI modeling and the ability to articulate technical benefits to C-Level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and delivering structured evaluation processes like MEP.

Responsibilities

• Engage with LOB leaders to map existing manual workflows to autonomous Gemini Agent capabilities.
• Lead ROI and Business Case development, including 3-year TCO comparisons and KPI definitions.
• Quarterback the Mutual Evaluation Plan (MEP) and run Day-in-the-Life sessions showcasing Gemini Enterprise features.
• Advise C-Suite executives, enable no-code citizen developers, and establish governance for AI agents.
