Job summary

Egen in the United States is seeking a strategic Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement to lead high-impact transformations. You will embed with client teams to ensure employees at all levels adopt new ways of working powered by Google Cloud, Gemini, and agentic work.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will scale our delivery playbook, coach leaders, map adoption KPIs, and build cross-functional capabilities with stakeholders across enterprise technology programs.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting, with enterprise-scale tech programs.
• Proficient with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) cert preferred.
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs (Google Workspace/Google Cloud).
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for all levels including C-suite.
• Strong stakeholder management with complex organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored change strategies for AI/workspace transformations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and assess risks and opportunities.
• Define North Star outcomes and KPIs to track adoption and health.
• Develop and activate change champion networks and executive coaching.
