KeyCorp seeks an Agentic AI Lead to identify, design, and deploy AI-powered agents across banking workflows, partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business leaders. The role drives productivity, cycle time reduction, and enhanced client experience.

The position requires 8–12+ years in banking or digital transformation, with strong AI/ML expertise and cross-functional leadership. A hybrid, flexible-work model is offered with in-office presence and remote readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience 8–12+ years experience in banking, consulting, product, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated track record and experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or automation technologies, preferably in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact workflows for agentic AI automation across business domains.
• Design AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate and augment business processes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Define guardrails for AI agents and ensure regulatory adherence.
