You will bridge cutting-edge research and enterprise-grade delivery, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes while raising engineering standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on applied artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience designing experiments and evaluations for ML systems with clear metrics and reproducible results.
• Proven track record deploying ML applications into production with monitoring, reliability, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver generative AI and agent-based solutions that automate complex workflows end-to-end.
• Translate priority business problems into research and engineering plans with clear success metrics.
• Build multi-agent systems that coordinate tasks and improve through feedback.
• Design reusable services, libraries, and reference architectures to accelerate adoption.
• Establish rigorous experimentation practices including offline/online evaluation and error analysis.
• Mentor and develop applied AI engineers and researchers.
• Partner with stakeholders to scale solutions responsibly, balancing performance, reliability, and security.
