Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote opportunity pays up to $50 USD per hour and offers weekly payments, with the potential to earn additional incentives.

You'll help train AI agents by writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents, working with live tools and integrating with systems such as Supabase and Gmail. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can work flexibly

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
